FAQs

Q - When do you take payment from my card?
A – only if the deal happens.  When you proceed through the Deal Checkout, provide your card details and click Authorise.  This is for authorisation purposes only.  No money is debited from your card unless the deal subsequently happens.  If the deal does not happen the authorisation is cancelled.  In all cases you will receive an update e-mail after the Deal Ends.

Q - How can I be sure a payment won't be taken unless the deal goes ahead?
A - the authorisation and payment process is administered through RBS World Pay, one of the leading secure payment providers for online buying.

Q - Delivery within mainland UK is included in the price but can you reduce the additional delivery charge for multiple or bulk orders delivered outwith the UK?
A - yes, please contact us at customerservice@mymatemark.com for details on how this can be done

Q – When will my order be delivered?
A – anticipated delivery times are detailed in the Deal Details box.  These times run from the time the Deal Ends.  Where all available items are bought before the end of the Deal Time the delivery time may be quicker.  Once all orders are processed and dispatched an e-mail will be sent to you from our carrier service which will provide precise delivery times and enables you to track progress of the delivery.

Q – Is it only power tools that are sold by mymatemark.com?
A – at this time yes although we are also in discussions with a number of other manufacturers and suppliers to bring you a wide variety of products and deals.

Q – Why should I tell you what I need?
A – telling us what you need and regularly buy enables us to focus efforts on providing the most popular items through mymatemark.com.  For example, just imagine the number of people/businesses that buy a box of A4 paper each week or month.  If all those buyers grouped themselves together through mymatemark.com and bought the quantity they need as part of a larger group each of them could achieve a big saving.
