The cordless drill is now an essential part of any serious diyers or tradesmans tool set. Modern battery and motor technological advances have made cordless the obvious choice over its corded brother.

Ease of Storage
The cordless drill probably takes up more total space than its corded counterpart. However it is generally easier to put away because you don't have the problem of where to put the cord (flex).
